Ultimately, purchasing a home in the San Diego market in more established neighborhoods or more trendy neighborhoods can be difficult due to market availability and higher costs. However, if you are ok living just outside those areas or are flexible to live within a few driving minutes of those areas, the stability and return on investment cannot be overstated for what purchasing a home in San Diego can provide.
